This website is not a customer CRM. We do not create accounts, saved addresses or marketing profiles by default.

Name, phone, email, address, access notes and pickup photos may pass through our servers temporarily so we can send them to Stripe, Uber Direct or BinManager. That information is held in a short-lived booking session and deleted after the job is created or the session expires.

What we keep long term: transaction IDs, product SKU, payment references, delivery or job references, statuses and timestamps. Not your name, phone, email, street address or photos.

Payments are handled by hosted Stripe Checkout in production. We never ask for card numbers, CVV or expiry on this website.
